You must be:

• A female, 17-23 years of age by September 20, 2006.
• A high school graduate.
• A citizen of the United States
• Single and never been married or had a marriage annulled.
• Never been pregnant.
• Of good moral character
• A resident of, student, or employee in the Winona area.

The Competition is divided into four parts that include:

-- Interview
Each contestant will be interviewed by a panel of 5 judges for twelve minutes. Bussiness attire is appropriate. Interview will count for 25% of total score

-- Talent
The talent portion of the pageant counts for 35% of the contestant’s total score. If accompaniment is needed, a tape is required. You will need attire complimentary to your selection.

-- Swimsuit
This portion of the competition is designed to show each contestant’s physical fitness and display how she reacts in a pressure situation. Swimsuit counts for 15% of the total score.

-- Evening Wear
Judges will watch contestants walk and how she presents herself in the evening wear of her choice. They will listen to her responses to on-stage questions. This phase of the competition counts for 20% of the total score.
