Miss Philanthropy USA Pageant is a fundraising project produced by the Foundation for Orphaned, Abandoned and Disabled African Children, FOADAC for beauty queens, fashion models or anyone with a humanitarian heart to help the less fortunate. Since philanthropy has no boundaries, delegates come from all cultures, backgrounds and ethnicity for a philanthropic effort that will serve both the orphans in Africa as well as the delegates' charitable affiliations.
