Miss New York City® International Beauty Pageant
Rules & Regulations

Miss New York City® Season has started.

* Applicant must be a natural born female.

* US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is NOT REQUIRED.

* There is NO height requirement.

* Applicant must be in good health to meet job requirements. Be able to meet time commitment of job and responsibilities set forth by the Miss NYC™ pageant.

* Applications will only be considered if they are complete. Complete applications shall consist of the following:
* Completed Participant Application.
* Two photographs of yourself; one must be a close-up of your face and the second must be a full-length photograph of your entire (clothed) body. Non-professional photos will do.
* $20 application processing fee.

* All materials you send us will be retained by the Pageant and become the property of the Pageant and will not be returned to you whether or not you are selected as a participant. Any expenses you incur during the application process including postage, shipping and materials preparation (photographs) are your sole responsibility. The Pageant will not reimburse you for these expenses.

* The Pageant reserves the right to raise, lower or waive the application processing fee, change the pageant date, make changes to the application, job description and/or schedule and the manner in which it conducts the pageant. Contestants should check the site periodically for any updates.

* Contestants are judged on beauty, personality, sex appeal and ambition.

* The winning contestant will receive $20,000 in Cash & Prizes during her reign. All payments will be made in New York City.

* The winning contestant will be on contract with Miss NYC™ for one year and she cannot participate in any other pageant during that period. The winning contestant will be required to make scheduled appearances every month.

* All contestants release, unconditionally and in perpetuity, any and all claims against Miss NYC Inc, its affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents and assigns, which they may have by virtue of their participation in the pageant, or by any use of their name, likeness, voice, and or biography in connection with the pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.

* All decisions of the Pageant, including eligibility issues, are final and absolute and not subject to inquiry or appeal.
