The Miss Capital City Scholarship Pageant is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping young women achieve their goals and dreams. It is an official preliminary to the Miss Georgia and Miss America pageants.

An open pageant, it was founded in 2003 when its founding board members realized a need for an open pageant in the Atlanta area. The 5 founders of this franchise have over 50 collective years of experience in all aspects of pageantry, including prior board participation. We also are committed to working with our queen to ensure that her reign is both meaningful and enjoyable. We intend to make sure that Miss Capital City is fully prepared for Miss Georgia and that she is confident that she has the complete support of her Board as she competes for the title of Miss Georgia.
